I love going to the gym to keep fit but there is no way I could ever leave my house without my headphones (that is just wrong). Plus the music they usually play in the gym is awful pop tunes with the sound being drowned out by the machines and air conditioning which I find very distracting. So I created a playlist on my phone and regularly update it when I feel most songs have become redundant. Everyone has different musical tastes but I prefer to listen to music that keeps my energy pumping especially if I’m doing HIIT and maybe a few R&B tracks for cool-down sessions. Here’s a preview of a few songs I recently added to my playlist, hope these help those who are stuck on music choices.
